The Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice invites academics, professors, and practitioners to submit articles that examine legal issues of any and all subject matters that fulfill the mission of the Journal. JCRSJ requests that articles submitted explore the relationship between historically underrepresented classes and majority culture. The Journal does not accept submissions from students outside of Washington and Lee University School of Law.
The Journal requests that submissions range from 30 to 50 pages double-spaced, 12 pt., Century Schoolbook font, and that they adhere to the citation rules set forth in The Bluebook (20th ed. 2015).
